Heat Shrink Tubing

Heat shrink tubing is a heat-activated sleeve that shrinks tightly around wires, connectors, and splices when warmed with a heat gun or similar tool, creating a durable, insulated, and weather-resistant seal. TIESELX heat shrink tubing is widely used for electrical repairs, soldered connections, automotive wiring, marine applications, and general DIY projects where a secure, professional finish is needed.

Made from high-quality polyolefin, our heat shrink tubing shrinks to roughly half its original diameter when heated, forming a snug barrier that protects against moisture, dust, abrasion, and minor chemical exposure. This makes it an excellent choice for insulating exposed wire splices, color-coding cables, reinforcing cable ends, and preventing corrosion on electrical connections exposed to the elements.

TIESELX heat shrink tubing is available in a range of diameters and colors, allowing you to match tubing size to your wire gauge and use color-coding for easy identification in complex wiring projects. It’s a staple for electricians, hobbyists, automotive technicians, and marine professionals who need connections that hold up over time.

Simple to use, the tubing slides over a wire or connection point before shrinking with a heat gun, torch, or in some cases a hairdryer on high heat. Once shrunk, it forms a tight, tamper-resistant seal that’s far more durable than electrical tape alone.

Combine heat shrink tubing with our other cable sleeves and wraps for complete protection on any wiring project, from small electronics repairs to full automotive and marine wiring harnesses.
